If you know me well you may think I could be selfish...but not in a bad way. I look at it in a good way because I still love to give to others, but know that I am too selfish to take care of anyone but myself. But as I've gotten older I've realized I take care of others more than myself without even knowing...when I sit back & think I realize there are things I have done selflessly from the goodness of my heart...Joey argued with Phoebe that there are no selfless acts. He said there is nothing you can for somebody that you're not doing to make yourself feel better. Of course people feel better when they do something for somebody, but what about something?
That's my sweet pup, Ryder...he was not a rescue dog or a dog I adopted, but I feel like I have certainly been selfless to him. He's like my child! After the hundreds dollars on vet bills, apartment deposits, and rents...this deserves to be a selfless act!
And P.S. for those who will not be getting a Christmas card from me because A. I don't know or B. I'm broke...this is the pic posted on the card
